Who designs the patterns?

All patterns are lovingly designed by me, Eva, the creator behind Mou Mou Knits.

What do I receive when I purchase a pattern?

You’ll get a digital PDF knitting pattern with clear instructions, step-by-step photos, and helpful tips to guide you through your project.

Is this a physical product or a digital download?

These are digital downloads—no physical items will be shipped.

I didn’t receive my download email - what should I do?

Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can’t find it, just reach out to me, and I’ll help you get your pattern.

I’m not familiar with DPNs. Can I knit your pattern using magic loop?

Absolutely! Most of our patterns are worked in the round, so you can use circular needles and the magic loop technique if that’s more comfortable for you.

Do you offer refunds on digital patterns?

Because these are digital products, we’re unable to offer refunds once a pattern has been downloaded.
